I came in looking for hair dye for my wife. Bre and another girl both helped me out so much that I'm just beyond thankful they were there. Those two girls are gonna make sure my wife's hair looks perfect! Thank you both!

I came here the other night to buy red hair dye, I typically use one that’s for dark hair but this time I was bleaching and then adding color. One of the girls there had “helped” me but completely strayed me wrong from what I was asking for. I needed BRIGHT RED hair dye and she proceeds to talk to me about the manic panic and never disclosed that the color I had chose would come out more orange than red. In the bottle it looks to be bright red; my frustration comes in when I come back today to see about returning to get the right color. But they told me at that point I could not return the dye because I had used about half (understandable) but I’m assuming who may have been the manager told me the color I chose tends to come out orange. Where to start? My sister and I went to Sally's yesterday hoping to get help on a current issue we were having with trying to go blonde (ending result picture will be included). So, when we walk in, there is 1 young lady standing talking to 2 other ladies sitting behind the counter. They are laughing and cutting up. My sister and I asked for help; it went like this: we bleached her hair, and this is what we got. How do we fix it? They lady standing was like this way. She pointed to a bleach and said here, " You will need a bleach and a developer, and then you will need toner."then walked a way. I don’t know what happened from November to now but this store has really gone down hill.. I’d rather make the drive to another location. Such a shame this used to be me and my daughter’s favorite store!

Sales associate at the Kemah store #2980 needs to be trained on the Sally Beauty Return Policy Love It or Return It guarantee. Wella changed the color formula, my normal color is now darker and more red. I was not allowed to exchange the 2 new boxes I bought during the recent sale for a different shade because I have no receipt. She wished she could help but there is nothing she can do without receipt, I can contact customer service if I don't like her answer. I am not a happy customer.
