Krystal is the best!!! I've been going to her for 15 years and have followed her wherever she goes(she's been at Sportclips for 7) And I noticed awards the her and her team got for being number one in the Houston area for having happiest clients out of all sport clips in the Houston area for 2025 and she got some as well for being manager of the year 2025 and the manager with highest customer satisfaction for 2025 .... I think she said there's over 100 stores in the Houston area!! Everyone there is great and has been there for a long time. She is so nice, sweet, down to earth and really takes the time to help you figure out what would look best on you if you want something and aren't sure about it. She's really great at her craft! She also cuts all 7 of my kids hair and she's great with

Went in for a wash and sides shaved. The lady was extremely kind, sweet, and very welcoming. Even after I paid she had realized that that she didn't double check my hair after the wash, so she called me back to check and moisturize my hair. 10/10 would come back and see Ms.Sylvia again.

Vee was amazing with my son! He has zero attention span and she was so patient and kind when cutting his hair.
