I've not been here in 25+ yrs! I needed wax for my melting device & apparently I'm only able to obtain exactly what I need here. Gracie helped me & she is the Rock Star of this store!! I had tons of questions and being blessed with ADHD those questions never stop coming. She spent about 2 hrs answering them. I had so much fun in here and of course we were both laughing non-stop. I'd go back in if I was having a bad day just to make me happy again she was amazing. I did make three separate purchases during this visit. Due to as I was leaving I noticed an item, began inquiring, resulting in a 2nd & 3rd purchase. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the items I did purchase. My errands included picking up salon hair care items. I did notice some name brand products but I'm a redken user. A

I probably won't be shopping here again. I've gone here and had really pleasant experiences but - the last two times I've been here, the service was just really bad. The first time I was ready to pay (buying box dye) and the clerk was really rude to me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day and I was just caught in the crossfire. But, the second time, I asked a question (same clerk) and she responded in a manner that inferred I was stupid for asking. It's one thing to be knowledgable about your product, but to be downright snotty is just not okay. Unfortunately, the "fool me once" rules apply here, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The store might be a pleasant place to shop but the management here is completely unprofessional. Not only is she disrespectful but quite frankly she's unknowlegdable too. Not a single question of mine could be answered-- let alone in a pleasant attitude. After I called corporate I received the same type of attitude and responses. Awful company that I used to support and shop from. Not anymore.

God bless the sales associate who helped me today! The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Prices are great
