I called and talked to Rebecca and she was so nice and helpful. I did a DoorDash order and so I called ahead to insure they had what I needed and she was so helpful and set it aside for my dasher to get it to make sure I have the right products.

This morning I had to run in for some haircolor, but after talking with the associate regarding nails, she directed me to the proper product to remove gel nail polish. Her name is Alicia and she said she normally works at the Hodges store she stated. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. Alicia was fantastic.

Sandy is spectacular! I walked in and she genuinely greeted us while stocking shelves. I told her what I needed and she immediately got up and gave me 100 stars service. Lately when I receive excellent service, I almost cry every time: this was no exception. Sandy is welcoming, brilliant and kind. It is a no brainer I will always choose the Commerce Ctr Dr #520 location. I came for my products, but I stayed for Sandy. Sandy thank you for being a stellar example of what service is. ❤️

I was experiencing the universal moment as a woman, where I definitely did NOT need to be in a hair store. Ty the cashier turned my day around with their kindness. They answered my questions and gave great recommendations after listening to my goal with my hair. I cannot commend their customer service any higher and am really leaving this review so that management may recognize them as a stellar employee.
