Good selection of hard and soft wax for my esthetic business. Lark and the other workers are great at helping me to find what I need! I wish they carried more waxing supplies such as soft wax rollers. They have a good selection of hairstyling hot tools. I also bought some heavy duty clippers here a few years ago, they still work well for grooming my pets. I always find something fun in the clearance section, too.

November 25, 2022 Buy some supplies, Cristal(the customer service girl) agreed that I did no need a receipt, never told me that I have to have an account to be able to return or change any product.. Customer service sucks big-time!! This was an exchange I didn’t want my money back or anything that they couldn’t do for me!

Bought an item. Turns out it wasn't needed so I came back to the store within a week to return. I had a receipt, but did not provide a phone number at check out. The first person didn't know how to do a return without a phone number so she told me to come back on another day when the manager would be there. I went to the store a second time a couple of days later and this time was told that it is store policy that no returns are allowed if you don't provide a phone number upon checkout, even if you have a receipt. I left, frustrated. Checked the website, and returns ARE allowed with a receipt within 60 days. Called the website support number and got confirmation of that. I want to sincerely apologize to the beautiful young woman with the blue hair who works at Sally Beauty. You were very sweet and were only doing your job, as well you should. It was no fault of yours or your employers that I had recently suffered the loss of my best friend of 32yrs. When deciding to write my review that evening the realization of that fact had not fully set in quite yet. I had not allowed myself the necessary time to process my emotions and the grief that came with her death. I have a huge problem with their "phone number" policy in order to return items and to obtain a receipt. She indicated that she might accuse me of not having paid for my purchase when I walked out because I didn't have a receipt. I believe this policy to be illegal and I will be researching this practice. The clerk who waited on me last night was rude and I let her know I will purchase something from that shop when hell freezes over.
