got retouch my hair done today by Jenn from a very bright highlight that I've done in there 2 months ago. I wanted more darker color and she did very perfect and amazing. My hair been super dry and frizzy but she did great treatment, now my hair looks silky and shinny. I requested a layer hair cut and she's the only one can meet my expectation. Super!! thanks Jenn

An image speaks more than a thousand words.. I went to touch up the roots of my bangs (just that) and that was the result of a job done in exceptional time (1 hour to bleach and apply the tone). which caught my attention, but I trusted the Professional who was supposedly in front of me. TOTAL disappointment, this is how my bangs will look on my wedding day!!! 😭😢🥺 what a pity I was left with the illusion of only having my neat roots and they left my bangs in these conditions! Obviously they don't answer the phone anymore, DON'T GO!!! ((Amanda was responsible for this lousy job!)) I would have done better myself, but I thought a "pro" would be more appropriate. I made a mistake!!

The picture with the blonde and brunette is the COLOR that I asked for (except my hair was layered around my face, so I asked for just tips.) The silver picture is the CUT that I asked for, after talking me into a cut for the entire appointment (I said when I booked the appt that I didn't want a cut and reiterated that I did not care to lose any length- even blaming my boyfriend for not liking short hair during the appt.) She told me after the color was already mixed, and I was trying to clarify before it was applied- that she would NOT bleach me anymore (to get the silver/blonde tips I had requested,) but did not indicate that there would be zero blonde left when she was done. The pic of the brown, crop top, man- cut with the overall color that can be achieved from a box, is what I paid $

I showed my stylist the first photos of shades of red that I wanted. The second photo is the color I went in with. The third is the color I have now. The stylist was super kind. She brought swatches out so we could choose a color together. I don't know if she mixed in brown or decided to go a darker shade without my consent. Even so, I'm paying a professional to choose a color that looks like the reference photos. I normally don't even care about my hair. It's just hair, but this is the exact color that I had before a family tragedy. (A box color I would dye myself.) I can barely even look at myself in the mirror because I look like I did seven years ago and it's pretty traumatic every time I see myself.
