Had a really good experience here. The employee that was working was very attentive and had great customer service skills. I was feeling a bit lost and she helped me pick out a semi permanent dye. I’ve been very happy with the results.

So the customer service team in store amazing very helpful and friendly. However their online or phone support is horrible!!! Online order cancelled stated items were no longer in stock even though showed in stock on line and they were in fact in stock. Refused to give any assistance or help. They are costing the store itself a lot of money and it’s sad. So best advice buy directly in person from the store. Avoid online ordering or phone. But again reps inside 5stars

Was at this store when it was supposed to open at 10. I’mstill standing here twenty minutes later and no one has opened the door or even showed up. lol don’t you get paid to stand there and check us out? I wasn’t even the only one there like three of us waiting twenty minutes for them to open. lol I left they didn’t even open

They need more diverse employees OR current employees should have some form of knowledge base of products to assist customers accordingly. Avoidance is simply poor service skills..grab a team member! Ugh🤦🏽‍♀️
