There isn't a wide selection here for POC products and the lady working comes off like she hates her life & doesn't want to be there. Just go to Sally's in the lou because Fenton is a waste of time. Giving 3 stars though because I'm sure it's a lovely place otherwise for people looking for specific things and maybe I just caught ol' girl on a bad day.

Katie at the Fenton location was friendly and accommodating. She offered help without being overbearing. Overall an extremely better experience than I had at the South County location.

Loved this location until staff started breathing down your neck every 5 seconds when you say you're fine and pressuring for upscale. Just because your management team wants you to upscale doesn't mean you have to make your customers uncomfortable in the process.

Employees were very nice and helpful, showed me products that would actually get me the style I wanted, not the most expensive ones. Speedy too, in and out in 2 minutes, overall 10/10 service

So if I have the option to Give A 0 star rating, I would first of all you're not going to speak to the horrible customer service. My girlfriend received when she went in there. But the reason I'm submitting this review is because they told my girlfriend to bleach her. Hair and then for her to come back when done to receive advice and help. In what product to purchase next? My girlfriend asked them. What time do you close? I don't want to walk around with bleached hair They told her eight o'clock When we returned at six thirty, the store was closed. So now she has to go around with bleached hair and she is a teacher that has to work in the morning. Everytime she goes there it's a problem. I hope nobody goes there.
