Worst Beauty Supply store EVER....You no longer carry Salon appt books?? Seriously.....Was in the store today for a good 3 minutes and not one associate was in site. Heard them in the back room and had to go back and ask if anyone was working the store......Total turn off....Half the time they are out of products needed or they decided to discontinue items like appointment books that are vital to running a salon business. I have been frequently forced to find what I need on Amazon, and at a much more reasonable price....You have definitely lost my business and anyone else whom I have to chance to tell.........

Literally they only give you 48 hrs to pick up online orders before canceling them and you end up losing your sally rewards points and have to fight with non English speaking individuals to get them back. Have that store is literally physically empty so storage is not the problem here

Helpful staff. Didn't have what I was looking for. A product I have bought there before. Prices are too high. Store is kinda bland and depressing. The workers looked excited to see another human enter

I went here today for the first time with my son. They were incredibly friendly, interacted with BOTH me and my son, and were helpful in answering questions. There was a sale online that was not going on in the store but that was no problem because they were more than willing to match the price. I will be a repeat customer at this location for sure!!!

Have been to this store 1000 times since I work nearby. Went in today and had my first interaction with Morgan. She was WONDERFUL. Made helpful recommendations and got out from behind the desk to help me . This was the best experience I have ever had at this site , love her!
