I went here with my kids, one of which was a toddler. The two women working were amazing and so helpful with what we were looking for. When the toddler decided she was done listening and we went to checkout, they were so quick and helpful with it. You have at least 2 wonderful people working here!

Great location, clean store, stocked well and VERY helpful friendly staff. I went in seeking advice about a new (to me) product and was nervous to make the change. And the women working there was VERY helpful, answered all my questions and recommended great products. I had such a wonderful experience and the quality of the results I got from the products the employee recommended was AMAZING! I am very happy with the results and will absolutely be going back for all my hair products in the future. Great experience, thank you!

Just left the store and the 2 girls that were working tonight were 100% on que with their customer service. But as is customary for me....I didn't get their names. My bad. But they know who they are. They were closed but let me in to shop. I knew what I wanted but they still said, "take your time, no problem." Now days...that's pretty awesome and quite frankly, unheard-of. They were very engaging and friendly and talked to me the whole time I was in there. Professional. And they were actually happy!!!! Sweet Lord! How refreshing! Keep up the good work girls! You have my vote. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! They definitely deserve one!

The employees are more concerned with talking to each other or playing on their phones than anything else in the store. There was product all over not on shelves but the girls sat on the floor talking the whole time to each other. What happened to teaching these young adults some work ethic? I am seriously concerned for the future of our world because this is seeming to be the norm everywhere. I walked around the store multiple times back and forth from the products I was debating about getting and not once did either of them ask if I needed help. I have a feeling the owners of the store will be facing significant drops In profit along with a lot of product disappearing.

I normally don’t shop and this store. And won’t be back. I’ll make the drive out to St. Cloud when I need something. When I walked in there was two girls sitting in the back talking. Never once said anything to me. There was also a girl stocking the shelves with her hood up. As I’m looking at hair dye. A man walks in and the girls acknowledge him and he goes to the back with them. They’re all taking. I had found what I had needed, and went ti the front. It took over 5 minutes for someone to finally come up to the front and check me out. there was one other person in the store so they were not busy at all. They were too concerned about taking with themselves and looking at their phones. As I was walking out, one of the girls from the back walks out with the man that had walked in earlier an
