I’m very disappointed with the return policy. I was not informed that I wouldn’t be able to receive a refund and would only get a store gift card instead. This was not stated anywhere on the receipt or in the return policy at the time of purchase. I feel misled as a customer and hope the store makes this information clearer moving forward. Transparency goes a long way in maintaining trust.

The help I recieved really made all the difference in choosing products and she answered and explained all the concerns I had!

The gorgeous lady working in here today at 1pm was a true blessing! She helped me find exactly what I needed and showed me a few different options too. You can tell she's a very knowledgeable woman when it comes to hair products! PLEASE KEEP HER AROUND bc there's been a few workers in here that you can tell hate their job but not this woman today. I left happy with what I needed and if it wasn't for her I would of never purchased what I did... I would of left upset my product was out of stock without saying anything. 😅 So thankyou ma'am for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful day yourself.

I have been a patron of the Colonial Heights store for years but I've never had stellar service like today . I'm suffering with SEVERE psoriasis and desperately needed various essential oils. Keshana guided me through the products to help relieve my inflammation and acute itching. Her knowledge of products was astounding. Thank you so much Keshana.

The beautiful lady working at 1pm today was an absolute blessing! Helped me find some great products for my kids hair. She was so polite and helpful explaining everything I needed to know without pushing any items on me that I really don't need. So I left with exactly what I needed & i walked out with a smile on my face bc when people are actually nice, it makes the whole experience better & makes me more willing to keep coming back here if I know I won't run into a bummed out worker having a bad day.
