If I could give no stars, I would. I purchased some items with my DEBIT card and am making a partial return. I wanted my money back and they stated that it would go to the card. I have an issue with that, because it will take 7 -10 business days for the funds to be available and I told them that I want my money back. I don't think that I should have to wait to get my money, since they don't wait to get theirs. They just kept repeating themselves. I even called corporate, who then state the wait is not Sallys fault, it is the banks fault that I have to wait. I have made numerous purchases with different entities using my debit card as now a days people usually don't carry cash. No one has EVER given me any problem returning my money. I want to recognize and highlight the Sally Beauty store in Bristol, CT for their outstanding customer service and dedication. Every time I visit, I receive exceptional help, especially with hair color and repair. I especially want to thank Jeanne (the manager) and Mary Cruz for always going above and beyond. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care make a big difference—far better than the service I’ve received at other Sally stores. Thank you both for always being so helpful and making my experience so positive!

Flashback to Tuesday's 4/1 visit to this Sally's location at 6:10pm. I was not greeted and the woman at the register looked at me like I was not supposed to be there. I said hello regardless but she did not respond or ask me if I needed help. I went ahead with my daughter into the aisle that served for our curly hair type. 10 seconds into me looking products and pricing, another customer (white woman) walks in and the store attendant quickly says hi and asks her if she needed help. Upon witnessing the difference in treatment, I had to stand my ground and leave this store. This is disgusting. I have been shopping at Sally's for years and I have never seen or experienced something like this. NASTY. Please retrain this woman, regardless of her prejudices, she should be nice to every customer!

nice staff!! i didn't catch her name but the young girl working 9/6 around 5:30 was super friendly and helpful!
