Brittany was an absolute DOLL! She was extremely professional, well spoken as to how I should dye my hair, prep, aftercare, and reassurance! She was so kind and helped me prepare for dyeing my hair for the first time since 2020! I love the overall environment. I was able to achieve my desired look with her help and the online consultants! I went from a medium dark brown (3-4) to a 6 or so! With the L’Oréal Hicolor H2 (1/2) tube, and 2 soft auburns, with a 30 developer 🧡🫰🏽 just in time for fall! Thank you Brittany!!! You’re the best

I love stopping in here with all my hair color needs. I get the best advice and they do their best to get me set up for exactly what i say i want to try.. They are very knowledgeable on their products and explain to me the process i need to follow, or why i shouldn't do certain things.. I have always been steered in the right direction, and never had any troubles with a hair color turning out funky,, unless funky was what i was going for. :)
