Almost every time I go to this location, the workers are rude and think they know it all. Firstly, learn customer service. Secondly. I'll take advice from people who actually have nice hair. I agree with the last review. You ask a simple question and they go on tangents like they are such experts. Go to the location by the mall, I've had nicer people helping. I guess it just depends though, unfortunately.

I finally broke down and got a really good curling iron from Sally's Beauty Supply (after purchasing many cheaper ones elsewhere that didn't work well). I got the ION Pro 1 1/4 inch curling iron, and the difference is amazing! Not only can I curl my hair more quickly, but the curls last! The staff is very helpful, too. They don't pressure you to buy the most expensive items; they help you to find the products that will best suit your needs!

This location has the worst employee’s hands down. They are just down right rude and give the bare minimum to offering help when asked a simple question. It has been every single time I have visited the store, no matter who is working.

This was a few weeks ago. Employee made me feel bad about asking questions. I asked about volume, and they looked at me like I was crazy. It was to the point where I was too scared to ask questions and to the semi-perm. Needed volume 20, but they INSISTED I get 40, even though 40 is probably the worst one. Will not be returning to a location that makes me feel dumb for asking a simple question.

I’m not sure who the employees was but she had reddish hair and looks like she hated her job. She acted very faked when I was in there finding my stuff (she was nice only when I was paying and used her customer voice otherwise she went back to being rude and sarcastic after paying) and made it as if i’m stupid and don’t know what i’m looking for.
