Every time I’ve gone for a pedicure the staff has been great and they take such good care of me! I’ve always had an easy time booking when I call and they always keep the shop clean! I decided to get a gel mani for the first time in a long time & Kay did an amazing job! Will definitely be coming back again and asking for Kay to do my nails!

I came here after seeing good reviews. I called and asked for the fee for waxing and was told a rate. I went in and was not greeted even after workers and other customers looked and saw me. So I stood at the front desk by the door for over 5 minutes with no idea if what to do. Finally a customer told me to sign in with a pencil at the desk. A worker came over to the desk and I smiled and said hi, she proceeded to help a customer she had just finished servicing and told me to wait. I said ok, I just called, about how long is the wait. She flicked her hands for me to sit and said just a few minutes with no time frame. I walked to sit and wait and considered leaving just off of customer service alone, but I waited. This is hands down the best snail salon around! I have a hair salon and asked everyone who came in and loved their nails for years where they went and all said Saigon. Everyone here is friendly and great at what they do. Even if you walk in without an appt, everyone is equally talented.

My mom and I have exclusively been going to Saigon Spa and Nails since 2109 for all our mani/pedi needs!! All of the ladies there are amazing, and do quality work! It’s such a nice atmosphere! The foot massages with pedicures are amazing (love the hot towel wraps for your feet/legs)! Love that they have a variety of options for pedicures to match your budget! I have gotten regular polish, gel, and acrylic (and a fill)! All have lasted for a long time! Kay, Tracy, and Hanh do a great job! But they are all incredibly talented and sweet!
