Great experience at this salon. She gave enough time to the cut and made sure that I am completely satisfied with my hairstyle! The place was kept clean and in order. Amazing value for money.

Great cuts, always accommodating for times. I have been going here for years. I am in my late sixties and have relatively short hair. Price is extremely reasonable. I encourage tipping!

Just moved to SF from Europe. First haircut I got in the city. Loved chatting with Melissa, she did an amazing job and has been super polite! You can definitely trust her with your hair. Gonna come back on a monthly basis!😎

Absolutely terrible experience. Was recommended by the Laurel Inn where I was staying. I went for a blow out. The woman did not use heat protector when blow drying my hair and stated they did not carry any heat protector. Used a Dyson to blow dry my hair. I had to ask for a round brush blow out which they were reluctant to do. Didn’t section my hair just did a rough dry. Told me my hair was too thin for a blow out with curls when that’s what I always get when going to a salon. Got the brush stuck in my hair multiple times. I left the salon and my hair wasn’t fully dried. Had to shower and re-do when I got back to the hotel. Really disappointing!

I have been going here for almost 25 years. Erica always does a great job and I seldom have to wait very long even without an appointment. You can’t beat the price for a basic haircut.
