Shivani is an excellent hairstylist and she is always welcoming and nice. I’ve been going to S Salon for 3 years! Guru is a great barber too. I highly recommend S Salon in East Windsor

After being a customer for 6 months and always tipping between 10-15%, I was faced with a hostile conversation which embarrassed me in front of other clients for tipping the barber 12.5%. The barber called out that why I paid him $2.50 for tip why didnt I just tip him $2 or $3 dollars and that he made $2 from my $2.50 tip so it was not necessary in a rude way. I walked out without engaging but felt that I was purposely embarrassed as tipping is completely optional. If they treat their customers like this for tipping them, then they dont know what true customer service is. I am taking my business elsewhere because of the hostile environment that was unnecessarily created.

I LOVE this place!! Just got my arms and underarms waxed & my sister got her eyebrows threaded! Everything turned out amazing and the staff is so sweet!! I moved an hour away from my old salon and it’s been hard finding one that compares to it, this one’s great and we will definitely be coming back here.
