Russo's Barber Shop

I had Angel; guy is a baller. There's a little flare to the way he does things and you can tell it's just him truly being passionate about the job. He is careful and particular because he wants you to have a good cut, and adds an element of showmanship to boot. Great place for a cut. Angel said something about possibly moving back to York, but I'm sure the other guys do a great job too.

I just recently started bringing my son here for hair cuts now that he is a little older and has particular hairstyles he likes. Since COVID, they take appointments which is very nice. It's always easy to schedule with them and the shop is very clean. All of the barbers I've met are very friendly and courteous. They are excellent at what they do and my son loves how his hair looks. My son sees Jason and my husband sees Mike, the owner. They always look great when they leave!

Always take care of their customers. Very skilled with what they do and the friendlyness as well. Jason is fantastic and always has been and couldn't recommend him more.

Worst customer service ever! My first experience was good. Had a great barber, who left to start a shop on a neighboring community. Then I was given his replacement, who stood me up on 4 separate occasions. I was there 15 minutes to a half hour early each time, and when it was clear that he was a no show, I was rescued each time by their sole female employee. Her work was good each time. They finally let that guy go. The last time I called 3 days before for a late appointment, and arranged an early release from work for it. Apparently I talked to the guy I would be assigned to. He agreed to the time I requested. I was unavoidably detained (put well within the grace period in a doctor's office). It wouldn't have mattered, because the new barber left a half an hour earlier. Always liked Russo's. We've used them before moving out of Erie. When we moved back 3 years later. There were some different people but still great barbers. Now we've been back 3 years. The first year we spend looking around at other places because I didn't want to drive so far away. But the other places didn't compare to Russo's in professionalism and cleanliness. Also their competent and skilled barbers are my favorite! Oh and I have 4 boys and I get most of my haircuts there as well.
