My first time here and got my eyebrows done. I have always had the waxed but had them threaded. I was really impressed and it was pain free. I felt very comfortable and welcomed the environment is friendly. I loved how they accept walk in. Very friendly staff and I would definitely come back for more services. I originally began services Rozy eyebrow because I had heard great things about Sruthis lash services. I started getting my lash extensions earlier this year with her, she’s great at what she does and is such a kind and welcoming soul. I told her I have been wanting to micoblade my eyebrows but I was worried about how it would look because I have always been one to do my own brows out of fear someone else would mess them up. Well I finally got the courage and Sruthi did not disappoint! She shaped them to fit my face perfectly and also elongated the tails of my brows. I absolutely love my new eyebrows! Sruthi did amazing work on my eyebrows. She corrected the mistake done at a different facility. She took her time and worked with me to get the right shape for my eyebrows. She also did a lift on my lashes and i never realized how long my lashes were. Will definitely be back.

Butchered my eyebrows! This was my first time getting eyebrow mapping with threading. One eyebrow is arched and the other is round with bald spots. The other employee tried to fix it but said there was nothing she could do, and then she told the other employee something in another language. Will not be returning and definitely do NOT recommend!
