She cuts my hair perfectly and alwats asks questions before she begins the process of cutting my hair, she never overcuts or undercuts. Martha, is The BEST at cutting my hair and everyone’s hair who goes to RIOS.. She is also easy to talk to and will have a conversation with you. Unlike a lot of hair dresser’s that will just b silent. I will NEVER go any where else but Rios and only with MARTHA….
