I came to get my nails done, showed the woman a picture and got a horrific job done. The picture showed four different colors, pink, blue, white, and black. The nail artist screwed up and only did black and white. The design was little cats and the cat’s eyes were all different shapes and sizes. I had to pay an extra 5 dollars to the already 80 dollar bill just to get a crappy little “massage” that honestly hurt. The stuff she put on my hands was gritty and burned my skin. I would never go back there.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever gotten my nails done. My mom got a pedicure and paid for the best one. They rushed through it and only took about 15 minutes for the whole pedicure. We both got acrylic on our nails. We left with pieces of the acrylic all over the skin of our fingers. My nails (the French tip) I asked and showed a picture of very thin French tips. After asking multiple times for her to make it thinner it just did not happen. They are uneven and chunky. Some take up almost half of my nail. My mom’s nails were done poorly as well. Some sides of her nails are not fully painted and her nails are bumpy. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. Don’t waste your money here it is also not close to cheap. Paid mid 100s for this terrible service.

I couldn’t leave a worse impression. My lady was so rude. They had a very small variety of colors that looked old. Not welcoming at all. So uneven, lumpy, and all over my skin!

They were super nice which makes me sad, the customer service was great but, they still gave my bf a manicure after he said NO several times. Charged 45 dollars for it had my nails done asked for a square shape and came out with a gumball shape. They were $70!!!! NO DESIGN NOTHING AND THEY ARE SUPER SHORT TOO!!! Going back to my go-to place Nails Perfection ask for Sunny she is the best never again try someone new

Really disappointed in the pedicure I paid $45 for. I paid $15 extra for gel polish and it’s already flaking off. My toes aren’t even completely covered in polish either. I swear by Urbane Nails & Spa if you need a solid recommendation!
