I’ve waited to give a review to see if my experiences were consistent. 5 stars for 5 amazing experiences! DANNY… run, don’t walk… just leave me a spot :) I’m a simple girl that likes clean nails so I kept it basic my first 2 visits. Then I saw his work on IG and decided to venture out a little lol he’s soooo good and particular. Quality work and cute spot!

If you want the best of the best you HAVE to go to Andy. I’m a hairstylist so my hands are always in water/getting beat up but his application is superior!!! I’ve had his gel x sets last me 6 weeks!!!! Oh AND he’s helped me grow out my natural nails they’ve never been healthier! So yes under these sets is my REAL NAILS!! Every other nail salon in the area use to charge me crazy amounts just to get rings of fire/ broken nails in two weeks. His design work speaks for itself!! Every crazy nail idea I have he completely devours, I’ve never gotten more compliments on my nails till Andy became my tech! He truly is the best to talk to and most technically talented tech I’ve ever had!

On at least 3 occasions I received unsatisfactory services and had to return for corrections. One of which I was made to pay as if the mistake was my fault. And yes, I did make complaints while there to no avail. I like the atmosphere and location, but if I’m going to get a rush job that doesn’t equate to the service levels that I see others receive then it’s not worth the money in my opinion. I often got 1 coat of paint with no base and putting the top coat on too soon which resulted in bubbling and peeling, transparent nails, very thick nails that didn’t look natural, careless filing and flaws in the polish being noticeable by others. I expect high quality if I’m paying higher than other nail salons. I also got my eyebrows done once and asked for them to be cleaned not arched or changed

This place has minimally experienced nail techs. My nails curve and the tip was placed in the middle of my nail bed “because they curve.” I been getting nails done for over 30 years and never have I been told this or served so poorly. He offered to put powder between the acrylic nail and my actual fingernail to fill the space in. SMH. I asked for them to remove it and the nail tech got mad and cut them off before showing his manager. Nail tech would not even part his lips to talk to me the entire time. Apparently taking your money is more important than providing good service. This is not a good nail salon for us! Please don’t waste your time or even sit on the sideline while everybody’s being served but you.
