Crystal is absolutely amazing!! She usually shapes my eyebrows and does my dermaplasion but yesterday she did my hair and makeup. Absolutely stunning!! Crystal is so sweet and listens to her customers. And she can joke and laugh with the best of them!! I highly recommend anyone to go to her!! You will not be disappointed!!

I have never truly enjoyed a facial like I did with Crystal. The environment is so relaxing when you need time away from your everyday life. She puts her all into her work and holds a lot of pride in it. As someone who doesn’t understand a lot about skincare she made sure to explain each product and how they benefit my skin along with aftercare. My skin has never felt or looked so good and it’s all thanks to her. I can’t wait for my next appointment, thank you Crystal !!

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience here last night. Initially, I was greeted by a charming and kind woman who offered assistance if needed. However, after she left, the atmosphere changed. The girl at the checkout desk wore a scowl and remained silent while I browsed, creating an unwelcoming silence in the store. Despite finding items of interest, I couldn't shake the feeling of being unwanted due to the woman's apparent disdain. Regrettably, the customer service in the boutique area of this store is lacking.
