After a long search in sheridan I found my massage therapist. In Wyoming you don’t need a license to give massages, but Liz went to school and is licensed. Liz owns her own business and is native to Sheridan. She has years of experience and it shows. She had great pressure and always made sure I was comfortable. I have been to over 20 massage therapists and she is one of the bests. So excited I found her. It might take 3 months to get an appointment but it’s worth the wait.

Loved the whole experience!! Float tank was a great experience and so well put together as a whole thing from arrival to leaving. Kathy was excellent and has a new regular client!

The float experience is beyond imagination! Then to top it off with fabulous massages from Kathy ( for my Mom) and Christi for myself. What caring and professional staff. I'm so glad I found this place!

Liz is absolutely fantastic! I haven't tried float therapy yet, but I am eager to. I just bought my husband a gift card. She works out all the tension areas!

Lizz gave me the best massage I've had in years! She addressed my shoulder and neck pain and worked on places that a lot of massage therapist skip over, all with a steady deep pressure. I left feeling great! I was very relaxed and my shoulder pain had improved. Well definitely be back!
