I’ve been seeing Allie for four years, and she has been incredible. She’s helped me work through headaches, muscle tension, and the everyday aches and pains that pile up over time. She not only supports my healing, but she also takes the time to educate me on how the body works—how we carry stress and even old trauma without realizing it. With the addition of the sauna and the mindfulness retreat, MKB has become so much more than a place to get a massage. It’s a space to unwind, reset, and truly experience a deeper level of care. I’m grateful to have found a massage therapist who listens to what my body needs and genuinely cares about my overall well-being. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Kina is an absolute blessing and extremely talented! She expertly provided me relief and healing. She is very skillful with occupational massage therapy as I experienced it. That’s the easiest way for me to explain to you how incredibly helpful and skilled she is. I have gone to physical therapy, massage therapy, and chiropractor appointments across the country over my 14 years of military service but so have never seen anyone like her! Kina’s service to me was so helpful, tailored, caring, and very professional. She gave me not only a great massage but took the extra care and time to provide me with additional support options that I didn’t realize I needed but her assessment and execution was so precise! From start to finish, everything was amazing! To the cute waiting area all the way to the rooms where I had my massage are fantastic! The room I had my massage in was a total vibe. Cozy, warm, relaxing and filled with plants and calming scents. A complete experience! Lexi worked on me and, as normal, was amazing! She is attentive and in-tune to what my body needed. She doesn’t just work on sore muscles she makes sure I leave there feeling like a new person. I strongly recommend getting a massage here! I haven’t tried any of the add-ons yet, but those are on my list!

Allie is very professional and gives an AMAZING massage. She always listens to me and I walk out of there feeling great. Not only do I love my massages at Much Kneaded Bodywork so does my family! We are all regulars and love Allie and her staff!

Allie is an incredible massage therapist! I have been going to her for years. She is open and receptive to my requests for each session. Whether I need deep tissue, relaxation, or recovery work- she is so skilled and professional. At the end of my sessions I feel centered and relaxed. Could not recommend highly enough!
