My hair turned out amazing 🔥🔥🔥!. I love the waves she put on the ends. Received a compliment from a lady at the grocery store when I left the shop . I received knotless braids to my waist on yesterday and I LOVE THEM!! As I saw other customers leave, their braids looked just as good. It appears, from what I saw on yesterday, this braiding salon has some pretty good consistent braiders across the board when it comes to braiding hair. I got to the shop at 9:30am, braider started on me maybe 10 mins later and I was out the chair by 3:30pm. The very last thing I wanted to add, the owner (Rose) greeted me with the sweetest/calmest voice when I walked into the salon. Although she is sweet, I can tell she run a tight ship when it comes to her business as she should!! There was no loud talking by the braiders, shop was clean, braiders were polite and I like how the owner walked over to me when I was close to being done to check on the work tha

I want to give honor where honor is truly due. Mrs. Audrey and Yasmina were absolutely amazing. They got me in at 6:00, and even though I was late for my appointment, they still welcomed me with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Mrs. Audrey was so attentive to my comfort the entire time. Any time she even thought she might be pulling my hair, she apologized—though she wasn’t pulling at all. That level of gentleness and awareness is rare, and it meant so much. They finished my hair in about 2 hours, and I can honestly say this is the best knotless box braids I have ever received in all my days. Had an appointment for Micro braids today and I am overly satisfied with the results as well as the service! Got there at 8am and was finished by 5pm which is good timing for how small and neat my braids are! I will definitely be back!! I love how they work together to get the job done!

Today was my third time getting my hair braided by them and service and execution was top tier as always. My partner booked the wrong hairstyle for my appointment. I wanted box braids but was booked for knotless. They were understanding and still accommodated me at my regular appointment time which was 8am. They got started right away and I was out by 1:30pm. I have long thick hair and they still got me out at a reasonable time. Will definitely continue to go to them.
