Lainey did a wonderful job on my extensions! She pays great attention to detail and really cares about the quality of her work. She’s easy to talk to and creates a comfortable, relaxed environment during the whole appointment. Lainey is thoughtful, patient, and makes sure you feel good throughout the process. Norah is an amazing stylist who truly cares about her clients and their hair goals. Every time she’s done my hair, it’s turned out absolutely perfect, she always takes the time to listen and make sure I leave feeling confident and happy. On top of that, she’s so friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the one or two hours in her chair fly by. Getting my hair done by Norah is always such a fun and enjoyable experience!

Norah is the best stylist ever!! I had some special needs due to a recent surgery and she was so incredibly accommodating and kind. Her lovely conversation skills and positivity made my day! She also works quickly and efficiently while still achieving an amazing end result. I love my cut and color! Highly recommend. The atmosphere of the salon is also gorgeous; very classy and clean. 10/10 experience!

Melanie and I talked about doing a trim on my hair, taking about an inch off. When she was done styling it I realized that more than an inch was taken off but it wasn’t until I got home and styled it myself that I realized about 3-4 inches were taken off and the layers were not blended at all! As someone who’s been growing out their hair for years, this was very upsetting. If she thought she needed to take off more than the inch that was agreed upon, that should’ve been discussed before any cutting happened. In response to the salons response: there was no mention during my appointment of addressing an older cut or rebalancing anything. My previous cut was 10 weeks prior and if I would’ve been asked about this during my haircut, I would’ve told Melanie that I’ve been working on growing

Lainey is a MIRACLE worker. I've been wanting to match my natural grow out color both at home and via salons for about a year with no success. Lainey came recommended to me by another stylist who specializes in color corrections, so I had high hopes. She did not disappoint!!! The left photo is my color done by Lainey, the right was my inspo. If you didn't know they're two separate photos, you'd never be able to tell because she nailed it so good. She worked SO fast, was very communicative when I asked a ton of questions, was extremely knowledgeable and respected my wish for a silent appointment without any awkwardness. I can't recommend her enough!!!
