WORST EXPERIENCE. I took my son for two strands twists. They were supposed to use kinky hair for it to look natural. Instead they used cheap kanekalon and burnt the edges. Which natural hair looks like that? We took him back to get it fixed. Which they tried to fix. I still had to do more fixing. Reason they are getting 1 star. We will not be returning there.
Had an appt today at 10 am. No one is here and they won't answer the phone. Smh I drove all the way an hour for this appt.. bad customer service I will never book again and I'll tell all my friends and practically everyone I know DONT CONE TO RONKYS IN WHEATON....NO GOOD!
I come all the way down from VA to Ms Ronky, Devon, and Sherease will take care of you! You’ll never leave this place unsatisfied!!! I love them..
