She was very pleasant to deal with and offered lots of options and made sure our privacy was never violated. Called and left a message and received returned phone call within 3 hours! Spoke with the owner over the phone. She was not only extremely kind , but very honest and open about what products she had to offer. Although unfortunately I will not be able to purchase from her at this time, I truly appreciate her exceptional customer service and kindness !!!!!

If I could give this shop 10 stars I would. Her service, her shop, her products, her knowledge and her personality are top shelf. The shop is very comfortable and was easy to find. My Grandmother had been talking about purchasing a wig for quite some time. We finally landed at Roland’s by way of searching for the best reviews and location closest to me in Charlotte.
