Aloha Wellness

I’ve been going to Aloha Wellness now for a few months and highly recommend them. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They’re especially good at targeting the areas that cause pain and work hard to resolve those issues. I have also enjoyed my sessions in the floating pod, knowing that I’ll be more relaxed (and toxin-free) at the end.

Great experience yesterday at Aloha Wellness. The booking process was easy, and when I arrived everything was very clean and well organized. The staff was so friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience comfortable. I booked a massage with Sauna, and she was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and listened to what I needed for my problem areaa and sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage itself was exactly what I needed — it helped a lot with pain relief and overall relaxation. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. I also appreciate that they offer things like float therapy and a red light sauna in the same space, I haven't been able to find that anywhere else locally. Aloha Wellness is a standout for corrective massage therapy. This isn’t your typical spa massage — it’s focused, intentional, and truly therapeutic. The staff is warm and professional, and the owner, Sauna, is exceptional. She not only delivers incredible results but also educates you on how to help your body heal. Her passion and care really show. Highly recommend.

I tried out this place for my birthday. The staff were so welcoming and calm the entire time. They explained every process and made my birthday peaceful and relaxing. I did the float therapy, light sauna and realignment massage, I walked out completely relaxed and decompressed. I’m constantly in pain and after leaving I can bend and move so easily without any pain. I will be telling others about this oasis as well as going back.

All of the staff were fantastic and incredibly nice. The place was clean and had a very zen, relaxing atmosphere. My massage therapist, Zach, was amazing! He did a brief evaluation before we started and asked about the target areas I needed—mainly my neck and traps. During the assessment, he also noticed my hips were uneven and recommended addressing that as well. Throughout the session, he made sure I was comfortable, checked in about pressure, and explained the muscles he was working on. It was definitely a corrective massage, but still very relaxing for me. He also gave helpful recommendations for things I can do at work and at home to prevent the tension from coming back.
