Customer Reviews
I have long, thick, curly hair that takes a lot of time and energy to manage, and I've been a Rock Paper Scissors customer for quite a few years. I started with Rachel for color and always appreciated how welcoming she was. Her work was so beautiful that hospital staff thought I'd had a stylist sneak in after I delivered my baby! When I saw that Nikki joined the team, a stylist who loves curls and has curly hair herself, I knew I had to book with her. I'm so glad I did! She colored my hair beautifully with gorgeous dimension and excellent recommendations, but what really impressed me were all the styling and care tips she shared. As a mom (with a toddler), having someone who understands curly hair and can make my routine more manageable has been a game-changer. I'm really appreciative of
LIFE CHANGING! Today, I went to Nikki to get extensions for the first time and WOW - she did not disappoint. The extensions blend so well with my natural hair, it's impressive she was able to match the color and cut so well. She's also hilarious; definitely the vibe you want to have when you're in the chair for a longer service like that. Rock Paper Scissors itself was SOOO cute. A welcoming and cozy atmosphere; it all felt very personal :) the other stylists were also super kind. I'm now an extension girlie! Can't wait to come back :)
I felt welcomed right upon entering. There was a very kind receptionist that greeted me (My apologies, I can't remember her name, I believe it was Mackenzie or something similar to that). She was super nice and hospitable, took my coat and offered me a beverage. After that, I was seated until my stylist Geneva as ready for me. The entire experience was awesome, and the hair!cut was perfect. I went and booked a follow-up haircut at a later date. 5 stars all around. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would!
Michael was exactly the person I needed today: he listened attentively to my hair history and my regular routine and guided me towards a haircut/style that would actually be manageable for me to take care of/style. I gave him free rein to do whatever he thought would look complimentary and I felt like he genuinely decided on something that did exactly that. I absolutely will be coming back and I’m so happy that I found a spot here in Seattle I can actually recommend to friends.
Sara did amazing! I love the new look :) Will totally be back to get my hair done in the future!!
