The best massage ever!!! I was just off a plane and back was a mess. Griffith Roberts was amazing. He knew just what to do and got rid of every tension and pain. He was so good I bought masssages for my mother and brother and they also agreed they had the best massages of their lives. He works in a large private room behind the Ark, a weightlifting fitness center near downtown. He has trained weightlifters and has a great understanding of the body and musculature. Off the charts recommendation.

I’m a 33 year old teacher and cyclist. My body takes a beating all week, so I visit Griff weekly to help me with my neck and shoulder pain/tension. I’ve been going for about a year. It may not work for everyone, but I even stopped seeing my chiropractor and simply invest in massages. So far, Griff is my 3rd massage therapist and my favorite. He is professional and communicates throughout the session. He is courteous and ensures you feel at ease and comfortable. The space is clean and inviting. I really look forward to his restorative and relaxing massages.

Griffith has the skills of one of the best massage therapists... an excellent listener, attentive, & thorough. I left today feeling energized, yet relaxed and renewed, like I could do whatever I felt like doing physically (dance?, maybe... circus?, perhaps... be productive with work?, sure!).
