River City Nails

First they spent over an hour just trimming my nails down. I was so tired I was falling asleep it took so long. I had old nails on which most salons normally take 5 minutes peeling off but they decided to trim it down to the point of even cutting my nail down to the red part before they put the new acrylic nails on. The experience seemed long, unnecessary, and my nails felt cut down way too thin. Then when they did design it the blue sparkles was put on so lightly you could see through it. When I said it didn’t look right and needed to be more solid the salon worker actually argued with me that sparkles could only be so thick when it doesn’t take more than three coatings to make it look completely solid and they didn’t paint it in right to even look faded, I had to keep asking them to add

Very overpriced, paid for lash extensions they didn’t even last two days . I followed the instructions on not to steam shower for the first day . The lashes still came off were not secured. I should’ve went to Baymeadows. This location pressures you to add on services that are not even worth the price . I will never come back here . I paid 230$ for nothing .

Don't ever walk through this place's door. Horrible service, the lady gave me an attitude because l did not like the color when she started painting my nails. The end result was terrible. The gel polish was uneven and lumpy. Worst experience ever. Please, spread the word!!!

Same exact color from 2 different manicures.. Absolutely awful experience today and I wont ever go back. Completely translucent still and uneven and the tech was rude. You cannot tell me this looks even remotely decent

I can’t even believe how terrible this mani pedi experience was. If you’re given some guy with very long thumb nails, don’t agree to go further: it was close. And less expensive than others which is why I tried it, but literally the worst mani pedi experience I’ve ever had. A two year old could have done better. There is no way the guy who did my nails could have been licensed. I’d like a refund so I can get these messes fixed.
