This is the only place I will go to after trying out a few local nail places. They are very kind and also do amazing work every time I go here I'm always so excited with how my nails turn out. I haven't gone here in over a year but I plan to make a appointment soon. ❤️ I don't recommend going anywhere else for your nails.

Great experience! I called around 10 AM Monday to get a same-day appointment for two gel manicures at 1 PM and they were able to fit us in. When we got there, the staff was friendly and helped us immediately. I had a dip manicure with tips that needed to come off, and they took care of that by alternately soaking and using the nail drill. The tech was careful and gentle. The gel manicure came with hand lotion and a massage. Gel manicure was $35 with $10 tip and polish removal. We paid with credit, but they prefer cash for tips. We were in and out in under an hour. We’ll be back!

I've gotten my nails done plenty of times in recent months and I've never been so disappointed with how they looked in the end. I was in a pinch for an open salon on a Sunday because we have a family photo session tomorrow and I chose Ritz' for its proximity to my home, but I will say I won't be returning. Today was my first time doing dip nails- and I've never seen them look like mine do before. My nails look bigger than my fingers, they look incredibly fake, the under side of my nails were never filed down, my cuticles were never pushed back or cut back, and since when doesn't a salon lotion and massage your hands/arms for a maincure?? All that and $55 for a dip manicure?? Ridiculous. I'm sorry. If you can charge that amount for a manicure, then you should be able to do a better job than

First time coming here, only because of convenience of location. Quickly learned i should have drove further for better. Nail tips weren't fully glued down - older lady tech blamed me whenever i had to tell her about it. She didn't file anything. Was answering FaceTime calls, and was going through her phone to change the songs playing in her earbuds, while doing my nails. And the final product shows there was no effort to make them look nice.
