Magical Eyebrows

Very professional! I got a full Brazilian, I had weight loss surgery which leaves my skin sagging. She was kind, and worked around and with my skin. She prepared me for spots that might be more tender. It wasn't as painful as I was expecting. Would recommend, will be going back!

I always go here to get my eyebrows done, today 2/19, I came at 5:20pm (40 minutes before they close per their website and google) and I got here and all lights were on besides the open sign and door was closed. I’m leaving tomorrow for a trip and was so busy the last 3 days and wasn’t able to come earlier than now. Very disappointed! Their hours aren’t even posted outside of the salon and there is no sign as to why they would be closed almost an hour early. (Still giving 3 stars because usually I am very happy walking out of here.)

I didn't didn't have an appointment but Kopila took me right away. She was very pleasant. Her son was with her but he was very good and preoccupied. I had my eye brows threaded and tinted they looked awesome. I feel bad she will be leaving because she has no sitter or family to help her out. She did a excellent job. This place needs to stay on the Island. They should advertise more. Maybe another Grand opening to help people become more aware of the services she offers ❤️

Very nice lady, but I went in for the Brazilian and it was very unsanitary. The melting pots were those that you get on Amazon and they were disgustingly dirty. I tried to trust the process until the wax lady was applying the wax and was very incorrect. It may have been my first going for a Brazilian but I do know how wax should be and is applied. After that, I said I was done with the process because it was unsanitary, application was incorrect, and then the wax was very very hot which burned my skin and you as a waxer would know if it’s hot when the wax immediately drips off the stick. Which reminds me the wooden waxing stick used was not new and even after I was done it was not disposed of it went right back into the wax pots which is a health hazard as well. Very nice lady but I asked for her just to clean up my eyebrows and keep them thick because I don’t like them thin and this is what I came out with. Missing most of my one eyebrow . Very uneven. Didn’t show me them after she was done so I didn’t see them till I got in the car. I’m very disappointed.
