Omg!! Where do I even begin?? I was looking for a new place for Botox and filler and found Island Aesthetics on Google. I would literally give them ten stars if I could! The girl at the front desk was adorable, friendly and made me feel so welcome. Karen (the owner) was absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable…like I’ve known her forever. Her technique is hands down the best I have ever experienced (and i have been getting Botox/filler for over ten years) I didn’t feel a thing!!! Best experience ever!! Pricing is great too! I was able to get everything I wanted, under my budget. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

AMAZING! Karen made me feel right at home from start to finish! Her work is the best (sooo many people have recommended Island Aesthetics) and she gave me the 1:1 lip ratio I was looking for. The dental block is a game changer (years ago I was getting filler somewhere else and they didn’t use this). I’m telling you, I felt absolutely nothing. Karen took great care and has amazing attention to detail to give you exactly what you want! Also, great aftercare instructions and she will address any concerns you have. JUST DO IT!

I got lip fillers and a lip flip for the first time by Brianna. She was so gentle, kind and open to explaining the procedure and what to expect afterwards in depth which helped to ease anxiety. The salon and the workers made it a very welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. I LOVE the way my lips turned out, I will be returning :))

Had such a great experience … I have been to every aesthetic studio in WNY & this one tops all them! Yup 👏👏👏 great people felt like family and the results are perfect! So pleased with my lip fillers!

Karen is absolutely amazing. I have been going to her for years for filler and refuse to go to anyone else. She does an outstanding job and her energy is such a positive vibe. She makes you feel so comfortable and is extremely kind and patient. 100% recommend!
