I am a new tenant at RISE- and I am very happy with my space! Primarily the warehouse lot is gated to assure for safety of you and your shop. The fellow tenants are very nice and helpful. The RISE leadership will work with you to meet your warehouse needs; they encourage you to be successful in your business by offering a great list of amenities (use of conference room, use of a lunch room). The supervisor Jay Bishop is always available and helpful. Come and see how this outstanding warehouse space can meet your needs. It certainly met mine!

Absolutely love being here! The flexibility to upgrade or downsize our space without restarting lease terms has been a game changer. The amenities are top-notch — from forklift access and a cardboard compactor to the supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs. And the property manager, Jay, is truly 15/10 — responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about helping tenants succeed. No complaints whatsoever — this space has allowed us to scale our business and reach new levels of success.

If you’re looking to expand your business, this is the place to be. Rise has various sizes of clean use, warehouse spaces. Theres a variety of different businesses that operate from this location. The facility is secure, has multiple cameras, a fork lift, and 24/7 access to accommodate different demands for different business types. The on-site manager (Jay) is professional, courteous and a great steward for this location. There’s no place that I’m aware of that takes commercial leasing and distills it down to what people actually want. Before you sign a 100 year lease in a building that is 100 years old, and is not the size you want, in a less than desirable location give Rise a look.
