Terrible service. Called now for over a month, for my mother, who is elderly, and, needs her lifeline services. We have since contacted an attorney for his services. Rather than fix her problem, they cut off her service.

Very very very hard to reach when you have issues with your service. My phone was out for 3 weeks. Called every day, sent emails. Finally reached a person. Who did help.

This company does not work for the individual. This company also does Not work for the phone companies! This company stretches fiber optic across this county, and many like it . This company is one of the best around! This company is not for Liberals, Just read the name, American.

We are constantly calling for our phone being out, my parents phone being out or the lines being eroded or down. We are told that a ticket is in but Frontier tells us they have no tickets in. And Frontier will not do anything because you are their customer not us. Maybe we shouldn't be yours either.
