Perfect Nails & Retreat

This use to be an amazing nail salon. They're over priced for what you get and the quality is awful. The past few months ive gone within a week to 2 weeks all my acrylic/polish chips or breaks off the nail. They say they can do a design get you in the chair and the design looks like a child did them and when you tell them you dont like it they still charge you for the hideous design instead of being honest and saying that the design isn't possible for them to do. Then they all start speaking in their language which you know theyre talking about you. My mom went there as well for many years but last few pedicures she got from here everytime she got a nail FUNGUS. There's 2 decent nail techs there but the products the salon uses is trash so doesn't matter if you get lucky to get one of the 2

I had a very disappointing experience. I came with three kids (ages 6, 8, and 10) and had an appointment booked in advance. I politely requested that two kids go first for the gel nail polish so I could sit with them, as they were nervous and needed help choosing designs. The staff refused and insisted all four of us be seated separately at the same time. Multiple employees stopped their work and pressured us, showing no patience, politeness, or understanding.Customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to speak to customers .On top of that, the quality of work was poor; 2–3 people worked on one set of nails, and even simple designs were done with difficulty. Overall, terrible customer care and inconsistent service.

Can’t say enough good things about this salon! I have been going every 3-4 weeks for over a year and my nails last that long in between services because they do such a great job!

I LOVE this place! I live in New Albany and drive 30 minutes to come here. I always leave feeling great about my nails. I mostly see Julie(she is very talented and kind) but I have received services from the other professionals and have always been happy. I highly recommend Perfect Nails & Retreat.
