I left this appointment feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. A price change happened after I was already marked and prepared for treatment, which immediately affected my trust. I was treated by a provider I didn’t request, and communication made it difficult to feel fully informed. After the treatment, I still have visible lines on my forehead and it honestly doesn’t look like I had Botox at all. I also experienced heaviness in my eyelids and was told additional Botox could make it worse, so I didn’t feel safe proceeding with a touch-up. When I shared these concerns, I didn’t feel supported.
