Rhonda White Experience

This review is for Dante a hair braider inside of the shop. I sent her a picture to see if she could do the same style for my daughter. You judge for your self. What we asked for and what we left with. She was late, told me I had the wrong hair so started an hour late and left at 1a.m.

I have been looking at The Rhonda White Collection for some time prior to placing an order. And although I also saw many negative reviews my daughter and I decided to place two simultaneous orders at once. To be honest initially yes, there was some back and forth and a little anxiety due to the order taking a long time to process so we did wait a month. But never once has Rhonda White been disrespectful toward us or avoid us in any way that I can recall. Yes, there was also a time when we were told that our units would be going out on a specific date and did not. But I'll tell you what, when the units finally did arrive...they were beautiful!!! One of the best quality hair personally received in a while governing the price that I have seen of late as a business owner and singer. Am I

Rhonda White Experience is really an Experience! I have been a client for over 4 years and not once I left Rhonda chair disappointed! Rhonda takes her time learning her clients so she can know exactly what hair styles works for you. Rhonda is very creative and love being challenged by creating a new look for you. What a Experience! If you don’t believe me, TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!!

Customer service is trash. I initially paid $705 for the wig. I didn’t think my hair would be delivered before my appointment time so I called to see about overnight shipping. Rhonda told me if I paid $60 extra on Tuesday (7/27) that it would be sent to me on Thursday (7/29)My unit didn’t arrive until SATURDAY forcing me to have to buy a whole new until locally…& of course no one will answer or text back now. I don’t even want the wig & wanted my $60 back at minimum but no response. I’m a stylist myself & never would I ever treat My clients or customers this way. WOULDNT RECOMMENDED!!!

Rhonda is an AMAZING hair stylist! I have been coming to her establishment for 2 years & I am so pleased! I typically get a sew in. The braids aren’t too tight underneath & my styles last MONTHS! I am very picky person in general so for me to come back after the first EXPERIENCE it means a lot! Thank you for your kindness & expertise! God bless you in all your endeavors!!
