First Brazilian ever and I was nervous, but the experience was way better than I expected. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything, and worked quickly and professionally. Yes, there’s some discomfort, but it was totally manageable and so worth it. Clean space, great energy, and amazing results. I’ll definitely be back! Brittney was amazing 🤩

Received as a gift and not disappointed one bit. The experience from the time I entered, was top-notch. My therapist greeted me and asked a few questions about trouble areas and she did an amazing job working the knots out. That was followed up by a sauna session - private room to enter and exit the sauna as was comfortable. Could change the light to suit my needs. Will definitely go back!

I had a brow wax and tint today. Emily is awesome and so professional. She made sure I was happy with the wax and tint and yet was still so fast and efficient without making me feel like she was rushing. I will continue to come to Emily and will be bringing my daughter in for her 1st wax as well. Looking forward to making Emily a part of my regular self care. She’s the best.

Check in is very easy. My appointments have always been on time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Estheticians are professional and provide great care. I’ve been coming here for years and enjoy my treatments! Highly recommend.

0/10 – Horrible ownership and deceptive package practices This place is absolutely terrible, not because of the waxers themselves, but because of the owners and how they handle packages and memberships. I purchased three waxing packages end of October. Within the same week, before using them, I asked to cancel. I was immediately told that cancellation was “not an option.” I was then told that I would be gifted membership instead. That never happened. Not only was the membership never gifted, but I continued to be charged repeatedly, even after I clearly asked to cancel more than three times. My requests were ignored, and the charges kept coming.
