The administrative and welcoming staff was fabulous at making me feel comfortable and welcome at the new location. So happy to be a member of this health focused community! Be careful when purchasing gift sessions for someone. I got a $200 package for my birthday. Four weeks later I went in but they were closed (incorrect hours on Google), so I tried again six weeks after that and was told the credits had expired. They offered a cryotherapy session to compensate me for the loss, but that’s only $30 so I requested for the manager to rectify my account for the correct value and contact me. They never did. It looks like the reviews of Restore’s treatments are overwhelmingly positive and I was really looking forward to having that experience for myself, but instead here I am feeling ripped off and writing a negative review.

The staff at Restore Hyper Wellness are amazing. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, they make you feel comfortable from day one. All of the services have been helpful in healing my body, especially the sauna and compression treatments. My lymphatic massage therapist always sees a marked difference when I’ve visited Restore before my appointments. The cryotherapy is fantastic for inflammation and I find it so much easier than cold plunging. I highly recommend Restore Hyper Wellness for anyone trying to heal their body or just experience a boost in their performance and feeling good.
