Unsuspecting hole in the wall with a world class practitioner in Nidia. She is an absolute beast; super strong with numerous tension/stretching techniques that were a first for me, all effectively getting me back into alignment. I’ve been treated by at least 50 massage practitioners in the last 20 years or so, and Nidia definitely is in the top 5. I’ll be visiting her every time I’m in SB for the weekend.
