Colin is an excellent and masterful massage therapist. I was referred to him by my longtime acupuncturist who recommended him for my stubborn neck tension and misalignment, which was causing vertigo. As an anatomy-based wellness professional, I can say with confidence that Colin is not only deeply knowledgeable about anatomy, but also is the rare intuitive practitioner, who releases layer of long-held tension and misalignment as if he can see into the muscles with his hands. I have been going to Deep Tissue Massage for years. I am extremely active (weight lifting, basketball, etc.) and have relied on the expertise of the Deep Tissue Massage team to help keep my body aligned and in top shape. Colin in particular has an extensive knowledge of movement and massage techniques. He very quickly can hone in on what parts of your body need to be addressed in the massage. He also can release very deep knots/adhesions without needing to resort to extreme pressure. He has helped me work through both chronic and acute injuries. TLDR - This place is great and definitely one of the best massages you can get anywhere.
