Restorative Zen & Wellness

I go to B for SO many different reasons, but now I'm adding acupuncture to the tippy-top of the list! I wasn't really sure what to expect from it, but I walked out of her office feeling SO clearheaded after giving it a go! Anyone on the neurospicy side of the spectrum knows what it's like to have a LOUD mind, and I genuinely don't think I've felt such settled internal calm and quiet in lord knows how long. It was genuinely palpable, and a very welcome reset that lasted. She cares about her clients so much, and I'm extremely grateful she's expanded her knowledge to include such an effective & helpful service!

Britt is amazing! I sauna then get an hour massage, my ears done and sometimes Reiki 10/10 recommend!

I have been going to Restorative Zen and Wellness for several months now. Britt always listens carefully to how I'm feeling (usually lots of tension in my neck and shoulders), and I leave feeling so much more relaxed than when I arrive. Recently I have started adding 5NP auricular acupuncture in addition to massage therapy. It has really helped with my migraines, as well as providing a general sense of calm and well-being. Highly recommend!

I returned again to visit Britt today, 9/24/2025 and it was once again one of the best massages and comfort zones ever. There is nothing that you will lack, once you leave here. The sauna, the atmosphere, the knowledgethat Britt has, how she makes you feel so comfortable and walks through everything she is doing. YOU MUST go or you MUST get that special someone some services here. This little gem in our little town is SUPERB. I will be back again for that Sauna and another hour massage in November! I have never had less than a 5-star experience with Britt. I have been a client of her deep tissue massage for several years and I always feel so much better when my massage is over, than when I came in. She targets my shoulder and back issues and takes care of them every time! I highly recommend Britt and Restorative Zen & Wellness.
