I have different people I go to for different issues but for me ,if its a sports injury, nobody knows his stuff better than Jim, he's honest and does try to actually fix the issue. I trust his work and his evaluation of the situation.

This is such a special place for healing! Jim is wonderful at educating you about the body while working on you. This is not a place for a rub down relaxation massage but if you are looking for a specialized approach to healing then this is the place to go! Highly recommend

If I ever had an acupressure massage, I would guess it might feel something like what I had. Although he said I could leave my shirt on, I elected to take it off because I couldn't imagine getting an effective massage with it on. Jim didn't use any oil, nor did he "glide" or "knead" my neck, but put pressure on various areas of my neck for a few seconds then put pressure on another area. In the end, when I told him it didn't feel very effective, he put some biofreeze on me. 90 minutes went really fast, maybe because he talked throughout the session, but I definitely felt like a hundred dollars was too much for the results I got. I have to say I don't feel like I got my monies worth. They seem like great people though.

Hands down the best sport massage in the area. Jim understands an athlete's body, works on the troubled areas and even gives advice on what to do at home to prevent it or work it out on your own. I've been a client for 8 years now.
