I called several days trying to get a very important appointment, because I don't have a computer, had to leave a message. No one ever called back. No person answers the phone. They just lost a customer. I'll not give good reviews to my friends.
The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Hailee did an amazing job with my hair! By far the best stylist I've had in a long time. Along with incredible prices this place is a great salon to go to.
Owned by one of the nicest families in Amherst, walk right in and feel like you are one of the gang. Speedy service with a smile always. I'm very picky about my hair and it's always done right! Keep up the great work guys and gals!!!!
My experience at Hair Gallery and with Hailey is always great. Jaynene, the owner is a really good business person, too.
Jessica Fitzgerald never disappoints. Always an excellent hair cut. Pam does a great manicure and pedicure. Sure the others are awesome too, but this is who I deal with in an ongoing fashion.
