I met Christine through a mutual friend. Instantly; it felt like she has been working on me for several years now as soon as I walked into the door just from speaking to her. The vibe from the outside to the inside of the barn is just magical and really feels like a great place for healing. I only been there a couple times now and she has been so kind and understanding. I walked in with a herniated disc at L5 S1 pressing 2 cm on to my spinal cord and she has given me great relief. The knowledge she has about the body is almost surreal, and I studied Kinesiology in college. I'm beyond thankful for Christine, she wants you to have a QUALITY OF LIFE.

I highly recommend Christine! I visited Christine for MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) after a surgical procedure. She was extremely knowledgeable about my condition and how to best help my healing. She listened, offered great advice and significantly enhanced the care provided by my surgeon. I had measurable improvements after each visit and I really appreciate that she suggested complementary exercises I could do at home to help decrease my swelling and stiffness. Christine is absolutely wonderful. I've been going to her for massages for a while now. She does an amazing job, especially focusing on problem areas such as my neck and upper back. Her studio is calming, she's very kind and accommodating, listening closely to what areas you want to work on and focusing her time on those. She is very quick to respond to appointment requests.
