Myofascial release with Tracy Paglia has been an amazing addition to my overall health journey. I love how she not only works on the body but also shares simple, effective tips you can do at home. Tracy is an amazing MFR Practioner!! She is compassionate and genuinely wants to help her clients. She has a great understanding of the body and the function of the fascia and its role in pain.
